All products are subject to availability and may be updated or removed without notice.

We aim for accurate representation. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or detailing may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen display differences. These are considered normal for garment production.

All orders are offers to purchase and may be accepted or rejected at Impala’s discretion, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

An order is only confirmed upon dispatch notification.

We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Selected items (e.g., pre-orders/custom pieces) may require advance payment. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier conditions.

Delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or external factors are beyond our control.

Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items only.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags. Sale items and custom/made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

*Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.*

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method where applicable.

All website content—including images, designs, branding, and text—is the property of Impala and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We collect only necessary data to process orders and improve service. Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.

By purchasing, you agree to receive transactional communications. Marketing messages are optional and can be unsubscribed at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impala is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the value of the purchased order.
